Are all products sold at THE-KiDULT genuine?

Yes, all of our products are 100% genuine.

Will out-of-stock items be restored and where to get more information on a product?

We do our best to get re-stock for popular items. However, due to limited edition or handmade and made to order nature of some of the products we sold, re-stock is not always possible. Besides, we would like to offer new products regularly that we don't tend to re-stock a lot of our items.

How do I check if an item is in stock?

If an item is shown to be available for order online, that item is generally in stock. However, with some of our popular items, due to high turnover rate both in store and on site, there may be some discrepancies. We will inform you if an item is out of stock via email as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do not accept any change or cancelation of order upon dispatch. If your order has been placed, but not been dispatched, we will handle the change or cancellation request straight away and inform you on the status. Please note that we make no guarantee to change or cancel order prior to shipping but we will try our best to fulfil your request.

What if part of my order is missing or incorrect?

If an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone with your order number and the name of the missing item. We will do our best to resolve the issue and rectify any errors as quickly as we can.
